The treatments, and therefore, the use of personal data that is carried out are the following:

-Reservation management, in order to control the stay in the accommodations.

-Information to the Authorities, as required by tourism regulations, since there may be a legal obligation to do so.

The following data could be processed (there are some regions where the collection of some data is not mandatory) to manage your stay and send information to the Authorities: First Name, Last Name, Second Last Name, Sex, Nationality, Nationality, Date of Birth, Birth Country , city of birth, country of residence, city of residence, address of residence, type of identification, identification number, date of identification, country of identification, city of issue, purpose of stay, visa number, signature.

In general, we store the information for the time necessary to carry out the different treatments, and at least, in accordance with tourism regulations, for a period of 3 years.

Under no circumstances will any data collected by the reservation holder be transferred to third parties, except in the cases detailed below:

-The transfer of treatments to the Authorities.

Furthermore, you are informed that automated treatment decisions are not currently being made.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, together with your right to object to the automation of decisions, any user who has provided data to the owner of the accommodation has the following rights that can be exercised:

To prove your identity if you wish to exercise the aforementioned rights, we will need you to provide us with:

-Name and surname of the interested party; copy of DNI, passport or similar and, if applicable, of the person representing you.

-Object of the request.

-Address for notification purposes, date and signature of the applicant.

-Documents that support the request made if they are considered convenient or necessary.

Language: The whole text of the present Contract, as well as the documents derived from it, including those in the Annexes, have been written in Spanish and English, both versions being deemed authentic, but for legal purposes the text in Spanish is to be given priority of interpretation.
