Situated on the third floor of the building (please note that there is no elevator) you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the port and the cathedral, which can also be admired from its spacious terrace that surrounds the entire dwelling.
It is a comfortable, bright and welcoming space, decorated with a marine style that connects with the environment. Ideal for those looking to enjoy the sea, the seafront promenade, restaurants and all services without the need for a car.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable and very well equipped, designed so that you feel at home from the very first moment. It has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a large bed and another with two single beds, ideal for both families and couples or friends.
The dining room is spacious and bright, with a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing or sharing moments together, and it integrates with an open, practical and quite complete kitchen, equipped for everyday life.
It also has a spacious and functional bathroom with a large shower. The property is well laid out, is cool and comfortable, and offers everything necessary for a relaxed and uncomplicated stay.
Additional information about our accommodations:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- In the event of loss of keys, pool cards or garage remote control (if applicable), we will charge a surcharge in accordance with the replacement cost.
- The door opening service during the stay will incur a surcharge (in the event of improper use of the keys).
- In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest will be fully responsible for the cost of this service.
- Extra textiles and cleaning during the stay must be requested in advance, subject to availability, and will incur an additional charge.
- Extra services of EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT must be previously requested and await availability confirmation. In the event that an extra service is paid by card without first being consulted with our staff and there is no availability for it, the refund will be partial depending on the bank commission.

Hay 7 almohada y todas son iguales, deberian de poner otro tipo de almohadas mas duras. El colchon de matrimonio esta un poco pasado ya, es una pena que un apartamento con esas calidades lo mas importante lo tenga descuidado.
