This comfortable and cozy apartment, located in the San Lázaro neighborhood in La Laguna, is the ideal place to rest and enjoy the history and culture that encompasses this beautiful city. It is located in a strategic area, very close to Los Rodeos Airport and just 1 kilometer from the historic center of La Laguna. You will find all kinds of services around you, such as parks, supermarkets and shops. The city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is less than 10 minutes away by car.
This Duplex apartment has a small patio that gives access to the house, starting with its modern kitchen with dining room. On the upper floor we will find two cozy double bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom) with built-in wardrobes, another complete bathroom and a living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed.
We offer self check-in. However, we will give assistance if needed and you will receive the instructions of arrival a few days before the check-in.

This historic town was founded in 1497 by the advance Alonso Fernández de Lugo, who chose an inland city to avoid pirate attacks on the coast. Visiting La Laguna is traveling to the time of greatest splendor in the history of Tenerife. The perfectly aligned cobblestone streets served as a model for the urban design of colonial cities in America. La Laguna has maintained its original layout from the 15th century.
