If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is the ideal place to rest and disconnect. Casa Las Costas is a cosy flat located in Las Maretas (Arico), which has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is less than 100 metres from Playa del Río beach and is a good location for visiting both the south and the metropolitan area of the island. We recommend downloading the instructions, which you will receive once the booking is formalised, as the area does not have good telephone coverage. However, we offer 30 mbps Wifi in the flat.

In Sweet Home Santa Cruz you can enjoy your well-deserved rest with family or friends, and admire the panoramic views of the whole city. In addition, the accommodation has a large terrace where you can enjoy a great barbecue with your family and friends. This spacious independent apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition, it is worth mentioning its large terrace overlooking the city and the Atlantic Ocean, where you will find a barbecue area, solarium and a small area to do the laundry. You will definitely feel at home. This independent apartment is located close to all amenities, such as supermarkets, stores, and bars. The city center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is only 10 minutes away by car. It is the ideal place where you can rest from the noise of the city while being very close to it. The arrival will be done autonomously with the instructions that we will send you previously. However, we provide assistance at all times during the arrival time (from 15:00 to 22:00 hours). The property is located in the neighborhood of Vistabella, one of the quietest in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This neighborhood stands out for its good location, being very close to the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (10 minutes by car) and the historic center of San Cristobal de La Laguna (World Heritage Site). The nearest bus stop (Villa Benitez) is only 3 minutes walk from the house, which connects very well with both the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna.
