Description
This modern home is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Its large outdoor terrace, equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor dining area, is the ideal place to relax and savour the tranquillity. If you need to combine pleasure and work, you will have the flexibility to telework from the house.
Casa Las Peras has two double bedrooms, one of which has a Smart TV and its own work area. You will enjoy a modern full bathroom, a spacious living/dining room that includes another work area and a beautiful fireplace for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.
The exterior of the house is an exceptional space for outdoor enjoyment: a large garden with its own dining area and barbecue, a practical laundry area and a play area for the little ones. If you are travelling with babies, we can also provide a cot on request.
Although arrival is independent, we will provide you with detailed instructions and will be available for telephone assistance if you need it.
San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a historical and cultural treasure that invites you to immerse yourself in its charms. This historic town, with its prestigious recognition, transports you back to the island's heyday.
Founded in 1497 by the adelantado Alonso Fernández de Lugo, La Laguna was strategically located inland to protect it from pirate attacks. This decision made it the first capital of Tenerife, concentrating all the power of the island. As you stroll through its cobbled and perfectly aligned streets, you will notice the influence of its urban design, which served as a model for many colonial cities in America. La Laguna has managed to preserve its original 15th-century layout, offering an authentic journey through time.
In its streets, you will find a wide range of cultural attractions, from museums and historic buildings to art galleries. The local cuisine will delight your palate, and the leisure options will allow you to enjoy a vibrant and authentic atmosphere.
The property is only a 14-minute drive from the North Airport and a 45-minute drive from the South Airport.
The connection to other areas of the island is very good as it has numerous bus lines and also the tram that connects to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
As it is located in a fairly central area, you will find bars, restaurants, shops and parks in the surrounding area. Among them is La Vega Park, an ideal place to take a walk and disconnect from your routine.

Das Haus ist optimal gelegen, um zu Fuß ins Zentrum von La Laguna und zur schönen Markthalle (Mercado Municipal) zu gelangen. Außerdem kann man von hier sehr gut Ausflüge ins Anagagebirge und an die Nordküste machen. Parken ist an der tagsüber recht befahrenen, nachts sehr ruhigen Straße vor dem Haus nicht erlaubt. Es gibt aber an der Straße neben dem Parque de La Vega abends genügend freie Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sehr geräumig und neuwertig ausgestattet. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, nur die Betten im kleinen Zimmer empfanden unsere Töchter als sehr hart.
